Application Guidelines, Documentary Requirements, and MOVs

In accordance with the implementation of the Equal Employment Opportunity Principle (EEOP) set by the Civil Service Commission,
all applicants regardless of sexual orientation, gender, age, religion, disability, ethnicity, and political affiliation
are eligible to apply for the position provided they meet the specified qualification standards.

All interested and qualified applicants must submit the Checklist of Requirements duly notarized together with all
listed basic documentary requirements not later than May 17, 2023.
The applicant assumes full responsibility and accountability on the completeness, authenticity, and veracity of documents
submitted as evidenced by the Omnibus Sworn Statement / CAV.

Failure to submit mandatory requirements within the prescribed deadline shall result in exclusion from the pool of official applicants.

Online submission of electronic copies of application documents is preferred via
DepEd Batanes Vacancies.
However, documents may also be submitted personally at the DepEd – Batanes Division Office.

Qualified applicants shall be officially informed of the results through the
Initial Evaluation Result (IER) page,
posting at the SDO Bulletin Board, email, text message, or phone call.

Applicants are advised to check their emails and text messages for their
APPLICATION CODES, which will be issued after the deadline.
These codes are used to protect applicant identity in compliance with the Data Privacy Act.
